Novalia Capital is an independent investment advisory and asset management firm working with investors and equity partners across real estate and hospitality in Cyprus, Greece and Germany.

We specialise in sourcing, structuring and executing real estate transactions, acting as the point of execution across buyers, lenders, equity partners and asset owners. We work across investment origination, modelling, negotiation and closing — bringing disciplined underwriting and hands-on execution to high-quality investment opportunities.

Behind Novalia is more than ten years of underwriting European real estate, with over €1.3bn of assets analysed and €230m in completed transactions. That experience informs every mandate, from first assessment through execution and into ownership.
