This Privacy Policy explains how In.Novalia Capital Limited (HE 461519) ("Novalia Capital", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018. 1. Data We Collect

  • Enquiries: name, email, phone number, company name and your message, whether sent via our website, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Clients, investors and partners: contact and professional details, correspondence and transaction information, plus identification and due diligence information required under anti-money-laundering law.
  • Website usage: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide our services (contract / steps at your request);
  • carry out anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks, and keep legally required records (legal obligation);
  • send our newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time);
  • maintain business relationships and improve and secure our website (our legitimate interests).

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

3. Who We Share It With

Only where necessary, with: our IT, hosting and email providers; professional advisers; parties to a transaction you are involved in; verification and screening providers; and authorities where required by law. Our providers act under written data processing agreements. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. How Long We Keep It

  • Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Client and transaction records: generally 6 years after the relationship ends.
  • Anti-money-laundering records: at least 5 years after the relationship ends.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
