In these Terms:

  • "Engagement" means any advisory, transaction, asset management or other mandate between Novalia Capital and a client, governed by a separate written agreement.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website. Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

4. Nature of Our Services

Novalia Capital is an independent advisory and asset management firm working across real estate and hospitality in Cyprus, Greece, Germany and selected European markets. Our services include advice on the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, financing, acquisition, disposal and management of real estate and hospitality assets, and related corporate and capital matters.

Please note that:

  • Our services are provided only under a separate written Engagement. Nothing on this Website creates an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship between you and Novalia Capital.
  • We are independent. We are not affiliated with, and do not act on behalf of, any bank, broker, developer or product provider unless we expressly disclose this in an Engagement.
  • We do not provide investment services or activities in relation to financial instruments within the meaning of Cyprus Law 87(I)/2017 (MiFID II), unless expressly stated otherwise and authorised under applicable law.
  • We do not hold, receive or manage client money or client assets on a custodial basis.
  • We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Clients should obtain their own professional advice on these matters.

5. No Offer or Solicitation

The Content is provided for general information purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes, or should be construed as:

Please do not send confidential information until an Engagement or confidentiality agreement is in place. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we are not obliged to treat unsolicited information as confidential, although we will handle any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights under those provisions.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first try to resolve any concern informally by contacting us.

17. Severability and Waiver

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to achieve its purpose as far as legally possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. A failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms does not waive that right. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
